Your Rights and Obligations

By accessing the slvipe website at slvipe.net, creating a player account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of slvipe, including visitors browsing the platform without a registered account and registered players actively using the platform's gaming services.

Your continued use of slvipe following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the slvipe platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

slvipe takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. We actively implement age verification controls and cooperate fully with regulatory bodies investigating underage gambling incidents.

To access slvipe's gaming services, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change;
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only;
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

One Account Policy: Each player is entitled to register and maintain only one (1) active account on slvipe. The existence of duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same name, address, email, device, payment method, or IP address, constitutes a breach of these Terms. slvipe reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or bonuses without prior notice.

Account Security: You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You must notify slvipe immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. slvipe will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on slvipe are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign currency deposits are accepted.

Accepted Payment Methods: slvipe accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your slvipe account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from your selected payment provider. slvipe does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. slvipe accepts no responsibility for delays caused by payment provider processing times.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) prior to first processing;
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are disclosed on the platform's cashier page and may be updated periodically;
• slvipe aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification status;
• slvipe reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML concerns are identified pending investigation.

slvipe may, from time to time, offer bonuses, promotions, free bingo tickets, free spins, cashback offers, or other incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods are disclosed individually for each promotion;
• Bonuses are offered for personal entertainment purposes and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned;
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise specified;
• slvipe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the relevant account may be permanently closed.

slvipe takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The platform employs automated and manual review systems to detect irregular betting patterns or coordinated bonus exploitation. Players found to be abusing the bonus system will have their accounts reviewed and may have balances and winnings voided.

Each game available on slvipe — including bingo, slots, live casino, and sports betting — is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account and financial matters.

Bingo: Bingo games on slvipe are conducted using certified random number generators (RNGs) audited for fairness. Ticket prices, jackpot structures, and room schedules are displayed within the bingo lobby and are subject to change.

Slots: All slot games available on slvipe are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are disclosed in the game information panel for each title.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, and other covered events, are subject to settlement rules published in the sports betting section. slvipe reserves the right to void bets in the event of data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, or event cancellations.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on slvipe. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on slvipe;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Attempting to access or use the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in any game, including bingo rooms or live table games;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity prohibited under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act);
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of chargeback fraud or payment reversal abuse;
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the platform's infrastructure, servers, or code.

slvipe is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your slvipe account;

• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from all slvipe services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

All content on the slvipe platform — including but not limited to the slvipe brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, images, software code, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of slvipe or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the slvipe platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the slvipe platform;
• Create derivative works based on slvipe's proprietary materials;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform;
• Use slvipe's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any unauthorised manner.

Any unauthorised use of slvipe's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slvipe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures beyond slvipe's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency platform maintenance;
• Actions of third-party game suppliers or payment service providers;
• Losses resulting from your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

slvipe's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slvipe account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slvipe collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an account on slvipe, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support.

slvipe will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

slvipe reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, slvipe will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

If you object to any amendment, you must cease using the slvipe platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of slvipe after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Closure by You: You may request the closure of your slvipe account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to your designated payment method after applicable KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Closure by slvipe: slvipe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request or identification of a self-excluded player;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Any other circumstance that slvipe reasonably determines poses a risk to the platform, other players, or regulatory compliance.

Where an account is closed by slvipe due to a breach of these Terms, slvipe reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation. Funds found not to be associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the player upon resolution.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The operations of slvipe are subject to the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising from your use of slvipe or these Terms & Conditions, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with slvipe's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) calendar days, the matter shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players who believe their dispute relates to a matter of regulatory compliance may also raise the matter directly with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
